I will never step foot back in this place for my lashes. I’m all about customer service and this places lacks especially the owner. First of all, they beg for tips and if u say u aren’t leaving a tip today they get upset and walk away. My lashes is already $100 plus STOP BEGGING FOR TIPS!! My last encounter here I was asked if I was leaving a tip, I said not today, Yung the lash tech proceed to say, oh u didn’t leave a tip last time either. So apparently they keep a record of who leaves tips and who doesn’t. They do a ok with lashes. I’ll take my money else where. Do Not get your lashes done here! In addition, they give one prices on the phone and another price when u get there.

The service you get is very much worth every dollar you spend at this nail salon. From full sets, waxing, pedicures to eye lash extensions, this is the one stop shop that make you feel VERY comfortable and relaxed while being pampered. It is tasteful. Very well organized and catering to your needs. Kim is the owner, she is very professional and kind to the guess. Thank you for everything ladies!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! TERRIBLE !!!! At my home-base eyelash salon my Lash Stylist had a family emergency. So I was looking online for a place that uses volume lashes. And I stumbled upon Bella Salon & Spa in Verona. When I called this morning and spoke to the front desk receptionist, not only was she rude but what came out of her mouth was shocking. When I explained to her that I have 6D volume lashes, her response was Oooo you have long full lashes, I said yes and I need a 2 week fill in please. When I asked her what the rate was because this would be my 1st time she immediately told me to GO BACK TO MY SALON and then hung up the phone. I am still in disbelief.

The prices are for synthetic eyelashes. When you get there they hike the price up by at least $50. It goes from $69 to $140 for “cashmere” lashes. On Groupon they are priced at $69 for 160 lashes, so i called to inquire. They told me NOT to purchase the Groupon, and the price will remain the same when I got there <I figured they want to cut out the middle man and save $$)...when I got there they charged me almost $100, and said the $69 was for “mink” lashes. The mink lashes are hard and clumpy, so I paid more for cashmere. The lashes lasted about 2.5 weeks, it shed about 3-4 lashes a day. I called to make another appointment at the same price, the lady told me it will be $140!!! And that I used Groupon already (I never used it, because they told me to just come in). All in all, it is not worth the money, unprofessionalism and dishonesty. Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about this place. Made an appointment a week ahead. Left my job early to go there, on my way there that's when this lady Kim called me to cancel the appointment, talking about my appointment was for an earlier time, and she wanted to argue and be rude. I was so upset with her. Had to travel next day, thank God I found me another place. Never would I even ever step in that place.
